Butcher paper for wrapping meat is heavy-duty food-safe kraft paper specially designed to pack fresh raw meat, smoked brisket, ribs, steak, poultry and deli products, widely used in butcher shops, meat markets, BBQ smokehouses, delis, seafood stalls and meat processing plants. Apart from wrapping cuts of meat, it can also serve as counter liner, meat tray liner and takeout packaging paper for cooked barbecue food.

Manufactured from thick virgin kraft stock with food-grade grease and moisture resistant coating, this meat wrapping butcher paper achieves an ideal breathable barrier. Unlike airtight aluminum foil, it allows excess moisture and vapor from fresh meat to escape naturally, preventing slimy spoilage while absorbing blood, meat juice and grease to stop liquid leakage. Its robust texture delivers excellent tear and puncture resistance, not easily broken by sharp bone edges and heavy meat portions during wrapping and transport. Two classic options are available: natural unbleached brown kraft for traditional butcher retail, and bleached white butcher paper for premium branded deli packaging.

All pulp and surface coating meet FDA and LFGB international food contact safety standards, free of fluorescent bleaches, toxic additives and harmful chemical residues, safe for long-term direct contact with raw, hot and fatty meat. We supply continuous large butcher paper rolls for high-volume meat counters and pre-cut paper sheets for fast manual packing. Custom roll width, length and paper weight can be tailored to fit small local butcher stalls and large central meat processing factories.
