Butcher paper is thick, food-grade kraft wrapping paper engineered for meat processing, butcher retail, BBQ smoking, deli service and food takeaway packaging. Made of sturdy virgin kraft pulp with professional grease and moisture resistant treatment, butcher paper features unique breathability that aluminum foil lacks. It lets excess moisture from raw meat evaporate to avoid slimy texture while soaking up blood, juice and grease to prevent leakage.
